SUBMISSIONS

How to submit.

Contributions will be submitted through Easy Chair platform here.

Each contribution will be double-blind peer reviewed.

Publication.

Contributions will be digitally published in Open Access in the “ReUso” series by FUP (Firenze University Press), indexed by Scopus. 

Submission Requirements

Contributions must be written in English and Italian/Spanish, meaning that the same file will present both versions. 

Authors will follow the editorial guidelines of FUP publisher.

Final extension must not exceed 30.000 characters (without spaces), including everything: author names, abstract, text, notes and sources. Such requirement applies to the English version of the submitted text.

For each contribution is requested a minimum of one and a maximum of five images (pictures, drawings or diagrams).

Instruction for presentations

The template file will be posted in the webpage before the congress. The presentations must be in English, in *pptx or *pdf format, or compatible, and no more than 15 mb. Consider that each presentation will have between 10 and 15 minutes, depending on the number of speakers in each session. A link for uploading the presentations will be activated before the congress. 

IMPORTANT: for each contribution there must be at least one paid registration.
