FEES
Participation in the conference requires completing the Google Form, accessible from July 5th.
The membership fee for the association “ReUso” of 30€ (mandatory for everyone, author or attendant) is included in every registration.
Participation will be confirmed only after the full paper has been accepted and the registration fee has been paid.
“Early bird” Registration (between June 20th and July 19th)
Regular fee: 270.00 €
Reduced fee: 150.00 € (students, doctoral students, and under 30s)
Companion or simple auditor fee: 80.00 €
“Late” Registration (between July 20th and September 21st)
Regular fee: 300.00 €
Reduced Fee: 180.00 € (students, doctoral students, and under 30s)
Companion or simple auditor fee: 100.00 €
Multiple papers/authors fees:
If an author submits more than one paper, he/she must pay the correspondent fee (Early Bird or Late, depending on the day of submission, and regular or reduced, depending on the profile of the author) for the first paper, plus 100.00 € for each further paper, regardless of the day of submission or the profile.
If a paper has more than one author and each author participates presential, each one must pay the full corresponding fee, depending on the day of submission and the profile. Please notice that if a co-author participates in presence, he/she must pay the correspondent fee: the request of at least one payment for papers with multiple authors applies exclusively in case only one author participates to the congress. (e.g., if a paper has three authors and only one participates in presence, only one fee will be requestested. If two of the authors will participate, then they will have to pay, while the one not coming will be exempted).

The Scientific Committee of ReUso Association recommends paying the 30 € membership fee also to every co-author of contributions, even if he/she will not attend presential, to be included in the association’s mailing lists for communications about all the initiatives. Furthermore, the membership grants full participation, with voting rights, in the assemblies and meetings, online included.
